Montenegrin Journal for Social Science supports a policy of openness, which means that all contents of the journal are free and available without charge to users or their institutions. Users are allowed to read, copy, distribute or search parts or the full text of the articles and to use them in any other legal way without seeking the explicit permission of the author or publisher.
